We’re continuing our seniors wellness programming with Chair Yoga & Meditation led by Alaina. This session is designed to be gentle, accessible, and supportive for older adults—especially for anyone who prefers low-impact movement or needs a chair-based option.![]()
Chair yoga focuses on simple, safe stretches and movements that help with flexibility, balance, posture, and overall mobility. The meditation portion adds a calm and grounding moment through breathing and guided relaxation, which can help reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional well-being.![]()

Our seniors program helps create a welcoming space where seniors can come together, feel less isolated, build social connections, and learn something new in every session. Through these activities, many seniors get a chance to engage with others, improve their confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences in a supportive environment.![]()
As part of the program, we invite guest speakers and professionals such as yoga instructors, nutritionists, mental health counsellors, and other experts who share valuable knowledge and practical tips with our seniors. These sessions help promote healthy aging, emotional wellbeing, and continued learning.![]()
